In honor of the month of February, we are featuring all things love. With that being said, Valentine’s Day is quickly approaching! Valentine’s Day….a day to celebrate your significant other. I have always enjoyed Valentine’s Day and all the things that come with it. From seeing little hearts everywhere, to reading all of the romantic/cheesy cards, to seeing pink in every shade possible! Valentine’s Day…a day for couples to unplug from the busyness of life and treat themselves to a meaningful date night.
Date night. We all love them. We all NEED them. But what does this look like? Well, date night varies from couple to couple. While some couples enjoy a low-key date at one of their local hot spots, others may prefer a romantic dinner in the big city. It is important for couples to know what they enjoy and should plan an enjoyable evening that is fulfilling to them. Now on to my favorite part: fashion.
Any fashionistas out there like me? I am a lover of all things pretty. Outfits…jewelry…handbags, just to name a few. However, choosing an outfit for your date night can be a challenge for anyone including myself! We all want to feel amazing when we go out, especially on Valentine’s Day! Finding the perfect outfit can be a daunting task, but it doesn’t have to be! With that being said, I have put together different outfit ideas to help you find the perfect outfit for you!
Let me begin by stating that the outfits I selected will work with any body type! Whether you are long and lean, curvy, or somewhere inbetween, these outfits will flatter any body type. I also chose to showcase two different looks within each outfit-a casual vs dressier look. This is what I love about fashion…it allows us ladies the opportunity to really showcase our personality and unique sense of style.
Choice #1- Pretty in Pink
This pale blush pink is E-V-E-R-Y-W-H-E-R-E and now we can see why. It is absolutely stunning! Here are two options for wearing this fabulous pink duster cardigan:
